Abstract


Objective: Painkilling potential of Desplatsia dewevrei methanol leaf extract was examined using the acetic acid-induced writhing and hot-plate tests. Materials & Methods: Acute anti-inflammatory effect was studied using xylene-induced ear edema and carrageenan induced paw edema models.
