Aim- To evaluate the analgesic activity of the aqueous and ethanolic extracts Coriandrum sativum (C. sativum) seeds by thermal pain stimulus. Materials & methods- After an acute toxicity study performed as per OECD-425 Guidelines, doses of 100 mg/kg, 250 mg/kg and 500 mg/kg of each extract were selected.
